RegioRail is a relatively recent company, young, reactive and aiming for proximity.

RegioRail was created as 50/50 joint-venture by 2 shareholders, the Belgian logistic company Eurorail and Railroad Development Corporation (RDC), an USA investment and railway management company, with proximity and massification as primary target.
